When you spawn an enemy, the sentry kills it and then proceeds to fire at the ground and it won't target enemies ever again. So as of right now the mod is broken BUT apart from that you did a great job and it's obviously a problem that can be fixed.

I don't know if you would consider this a bug, but there's an issue where it would randomly keep firing infinitely at some points.

@JOK͛͒͝3Rrio™ It should be able to target any NPC that targets you, I've tested it on a couple of VJ NPCs and it worked as intended.

the friendly sentry gun doesnt attack addon enemies. only combine and stuff from the base game. you should try copying the regular sentry guns code and applying it to the new one. it would work way better!

@SynthShot The barrels spin up first (which takes around 2 seconds) and then it shoots, it supposed to be like that, I tried to mimic the behavior as the one in the real game, but if there is more NPCs in the vicinity and is within its range and the barrels are already spinning it will not take as long to shoot at the next target.

And what I mean is that it didn't attack immediately, only a few seconds it did

And they are normal NPCs, not VJ or DrGs

@SynthShot Try reinstalling the addon, I did update the sentry gun so maybe you just need to reinstall the addon. Also, what do you mean by it attacks later but not on sight?

I like that there's an actual turret on the workshop, but this machine doesn't target smaller enemies like man hacks or head crabs, and it's rather light on damage. Could you adjust those two things? It'd make this addon much better.

Awesome mod, but could you add maybe customization to them like a different ammo type or different camo, or one you could man also. Those are just suggestions you don't have to if you don't want to and take your time.
