- Queen's Advisor weapon hotfix

- Added Dwarf Advisor for tier 3 powers and path, only 1 advisor per dvala+ and city
- Moved Build Dwarven City to Dwarf Councilor powers
- Dwarf Councilor and Advisor have rune swords (bypass mundane)
- Moved Found Colony to level 2 and doubled cost
- Can no longer Dedicate Temple of Baal if another is present or within 1 square.

- Bards should now receive the Entertain ritual power.
- Added some weapon buffs to 0:Bard so it isn't useless in the weapons department
- Reworked the resource types for troll types
- Added gathersacr to Trolls for crossbreeding rituals
- Fixed the failplayer number a many rituals to be independents
- Improved the success chance on all of the develop coal and proper mines. Less so on slavery versions.
- Dwarf Develop Coal Mine now requires dwarf workers, reduced apcost
- Enchanter Develop coal mine now requires Animated Tools
- Adjusted Kratocracy class recruit
- Added the Kratocracy special recruitment list to the NPC Goblin Emperor, they should spin up more slowly for top end units since they don't have access to rare resources as fast as the Kratocracy. Removed Ancient Troll from Goblin Emperor start units but now can gain recruitment offers for level 1 Troll witch.
- Plains, Mountains, and Forests are now ownable and provide low gold but no sight unless units are in the location.
- Split troll kings into different pit types where a King be have a home in each one.
- Removed free slave recruitments from all class recruitment lists except Baalite which can get fewer and less chances.
- Added Use dice to the Nexus terrain which should provide far more gem resources, removed other resources.
- Added gems and use dice to elemental citadels corresponding to gem type(granite=emerald, fire=ruby, etc)
