REMOVED ACE Arsenal Extended files, added them to required mods

added flak vests with graffiti on them, courtesy of popethulhu
reworked M60 and sidearm flaks, some better variation/more consistent pouch appearance
P67 rear pouch vests have bandoleer and no bandoleer

removed all custom helmets, they have been moved to 3/5 Marines: Custom Helmets by Foyley

I will no longer be updating this mod, as I am away until March.
