v1.6

Made a few tweaks to Carol's normal vertical ability to make up for the lack of a true double jump.

- Jump Speed has been changed from 10 to 12.
- A slight vertical speed boost has been given for the first window of the double jump pounce to give the character a bit more height and attempt to make the move less awkward.

A critical AI issue that saw Carol fail to recover back to stage when throwing the jump disc has finally been fixed.

Pausing the game will now stop the bike sounds from playing while paused

Animation glitch when landing from pratfall has been fixed.

The message that pops up in practice now goes away after a bit of time to stop the HUD from being more cluttered.

- Added a new function that allows you to instantly charge the bike to maximum fuel during practise mode

- Due to a bug, jabs and tilts were rendered unusable on the bike, this was due to a cooldown added onto the moves due to how the combo system works to leave you vulnerable after 7 hit combos, however this wasn't being reset on the bike properly so I have added a piece of code that should hopefully resolve this.

- The hitboxes on Jab, Ftilt, Utilt and Dtilt have all been made bigger to match the character's animations.

Small patch to simplify aspects of the idle animation for what should hopefully be a smoother experience. Head, scarf, legs and the front of the character are now a more consistent shape across animations.

Tweaked idle animation slightly to make some details a bit smoother. Changed the shape of some of the sprites on Carol's left head side and tweaked shading overall. Looking for a competent sprite artist to help smooth out the existing animations in the long run as I feel that good animation is out of my own skillset.

Fixed the offscreen logo so that it isn't mixeled.
Down Air angle changed from 60 -> 270 to allow it to spike.
