Redid the animation frames for techroll and also changed the tech animations for both on and off the bike.

Repurposed how animations are distributed on the bike.

Revamped the AI to fix a few critical issues:
- Carol no longer just stands there waiting to be hit, this was a big problem with the AI which made her a punching bag.
- Fixed AI recovery to stop her from just throwing herself off the edge if facing away from the stage. The AI now properly wall jumps when facing away from the stage and doesn't throw itself off the edge when in pratfall thanks to USpecial.
- Reordered the AI so that the Level 9 AI is now significantly better. It now actively locks on to the target and takes advantage of moves that carry some momentum, mixing up its gameplan to actively cancel Jabs and Tilts into Strong and Specials in the way the character was meant to be played. The AI in use was a modified version of The Knight but now with the reorder and the addition of a crucial variable the AI is now massively improved.

Made a few tweaks to the AI, I felt that on the standard Level 5 it just stands there and against default Workshop AI it is simply too bad. So I pretty much rearranged the AI script to remove certain privileges of Level 7 and higher so that its just predictive stuff, I also massively cut down the reaction time scaling so that the AI acts quicker while reaction time now scales faster if the AI is close to an opponent.

Reworked the Strong attack code for Level 6 and below AI so that it actually prioritises Strongs now (I hadn't realised that strong_pressed wasn't a thing)

The Wild Kick meter now flashes Red if Carol is at 100% or more damage.

Fixed a sound clip that plays when the bike runs out of fuel being too quiet.

Edited sparkle effects from Jump Disc and Bike to make their brightest points brighter

Another tweak to the FSpecial rework, the speed of which you zoom towards the disc has been decreased. In addition to this, there's an additional sound effect from the point you zoom towards the disc and the effects have been adjusted.

An additional sparkle effect appears whenever your Wild Kick meter is fully charged.

Parts of the character have been recoded, just rearranged the backend of hitbox stuff to be less messy.

Fixed a bug in post_draw with more lingering stuff.

Quick patch to fix a new issue that arose because of the FSpecial rework. Because Carol no longer bounces very high off the disc when it is thrown, the wall jump limit only applies if the disc is thrown in any upward direction, thrown straight forward no longer limits her wall jumps.

Improved the animations of a number of moves. The following moves got a bit of a rework in some of their animation frames in order to make them less stiff.

Crouch animation redone. Turns out there was a bug where only three of the five frames were actually working.
The new crouch animation is now an animated crouch animation.

FSPECIAL REWORK

YOU CAN NOW AIM THE DISC. During the six frames of startup you get a brief period in which you can choose which direction the disc goes.
Carol now zips to her disc significantly quicker. I don't know how fast the new speed is but its fast.
Throwing the disc straight upwards or close enough to upwards will put Carol into pratfall
The height gained from hitting the disc has been significantly reduced.
The disc now stops in place if it hits an enemy.

There is now a new background for the victory screen, replacing the only one because it looked a bit too off for my liking, the new one is based on promotion art for Freedom Planet but without the characters or logo in it.

In order to improve quality of life and accessibility of the character, relevant HUD information now pops up for a brief period of time above Carol's head whenever it is relevant. For example, fuel charge, wall jumps, a prompt to let you know you can get on the bike as well as when the Nitro Boost is available again.

DStrong has been resprited, a bunch of other moves including Wild Kick have additional animation frames and effects. Don't expect anything too drastic for these, but they should be at least a bit neater.

USpecial 2 has had its hitbox moved left slightly due to the offset being changed to be a bit more consistent with the idle sprite.
