╠ "Capture Airbase" objectives now show up before random objectives in the list
╠ Fixed: Sector C "Save Pilot" pilot would not land after being saved
║ ├ They now land at Airbase C instead of the carrier.
║ └ If Airbase C isn't captured yet, they will help you do so!
╚ Fixed: City GAVs would sometimes not take off until the last objective has been cleared, causing them to flank the fleet at the very end of the mission.

Dynamic Liberation v1.3.0
╠ Added a new possible objective to each sector.
╠ Added randomized wind.
╠ Increased delay between rooftop GAVs spawning in and taking off.
╠ Approach next sector objective now waits for all objectives to complete in previous sector.
║ └ (You can still start it early by approaching anyway.)
╠ Bravo loadout now carries 4x GBU-39 on the center fuel pylon (normally impossible).
║ └ Note: There is a bug where you must view the loadout page after changing to a Bravo slot to have the bombs equipped.
╠ Removed Alpha and Delta (F-45s) from main variant and added Echo (EF-24, no AIM-120D) and Tango (T-55) in their place.
╠ Added "High Tech" variant with access to all aircraft.
╠ Added "Oops All EF-24G" variant where F-45, FA-26, and T-55 are all replaced with EF-24G.
╠ Shazmode: AH-94 spawns now move to FOB A after gunboats have been killed.
╠ Fixed: Some Bravo recommended loadouts still had single AIM-120s on the wing fuel pylons instead of double.
╠ Fixed: Early sector approach warnings were not functional.
╚ (Other small changes and fixes I forgot.)

Note: The "Oops All EF-24G" variant that has been available for the past few weeks was built on an early version of this update, but had numerous additional bugs (mostly related to wind) which are not listed here.

Dynamic Liberation Oops All EF-24G:
- Converted to Quick mode
- Applied workaround for game bug where you can't join team A when it isn't full.
