Updated to 3.10.4

Too much to say really. A complete rework again. I kinda got burnt out and just posted what I had (after a lil cleaning). I will patch up any localizations I find missing, and balance tweaks I find needed. But who is to say when the next major content will be.

I at least hope I am pushing the mod in a direction people find fun.

Updated to 3.6.1

I butchered a lot of features such as ascension perks, edicts, and some of my own stuff shipping costs. Reworking my vision for this mod, and some of my previous ideas were half baked. So figure I would give myself a fresh start (ha).

Some new stuff as well, and various tweaks. Too much stuff for a detailed change log.

One last tweak to the start condition. Sorry I get all frantic after releasing a mod. All fixes so far don't need a restart at least.

Fixed starting housing deficit introduced with last "fix", but now there is an extra job. My perfect start ruined!
