- kurgan warband now hates cathay this is an attempt to make them declare war after being destroyed.

New patch today includes:
1. reduction of vassal tribute to 1/5 of its modifier. this means that vassals should now pay no more than 1000 gold a turn even if they are very large and powerful.
2. deleted redundant code to make my mod compatible with fudging vassals mod. let me know if errors still occur when using these mods in conjunction.

- allied unit cap moved to 8 from 4 (per army)
