Removed indicator for collision warning.

A collision warning system was planned to be implemented initially but I couldn't manage to fit the distance sensor underneath and allow it to have 360 degree vision without having parts of the skirt blocking it. Having multiple sensors could work but would be more complicated and require more game resources.
