Updated main water turret's vertical stabilizer to prevent integral gain windup from the PID.

Update: 9 Apr, 2022 @ 2:28pm

-Updated the stabilizer to prevent integral gain windup from the PID.

Stabilization of the Carrack should feel the same. This fix fixes the issue where when the Carrack is in an odd position such as when hanging off an edge, the PID would try to compensate by decreasing the control output and the Integral gain will continually decrease to infinity. This causes the lift fans to take an extremely long time to spool back up when back on the ground, depending on how long the hovercraft was "on the edge" with the PID active. With this fix, the integral gain will no longer go below -0.2.

This also changes the Carrack slightly where when it manages to fly really high up, the integral gain would decrease significantly which causes the lift fan to take extra long to spool back up when landing back down on the water.

-Removed "hover engine failure" indicator which I used to somewhat compensate for this problem initially.
