- some PAS optimisations
- fix error when gun doesn't have a GetHeadshotMultiplier function
- allow other addons to disable tttwr with a global variable

- increased g3 firing speed to 240 rpm, but now doesn't have perfect accuracy unless fired in 0.5 second intervals
- increased xm reload speed, shells now take 0.4 secs to reload
- increased spas reload speed, shells now take 0.3 secs to reload
- fixed fov not unzooming when ttt2's "hold to aim" option is used
- precache weapon sounds (stops the initial stutter when the xm is fired for the first time)

- make non-knife slash deaths non-silent (so players will still scream when killed by zombies and headcrabs and such)
- corpses will automatically be ignited when players die while ignited with the flaregun

- made player jump anims less erratic so they're easier to hit (cvar: ttt_jumpanimtweak)
- footsteps are now always audible when moving over 150 units/s
- fixed being able to see through ceilings when crouch jumping into a ceiling

ignore the last 4 versions, they change absolutely nothing, i just had to keep reuploading this new version literally 5 times because gmpublish is bad and broken
