AI updates

Aegis Troopers and Captains gain personal energy shields and all three get smoke grenades.

MEC Oracles gain call reinforcements.

If you have Advent Reinforcements installed it will remove the Spectrum call reinforcements ability and use that one.

All advent gain suppress and hunker down.

INI file fixes.

Aegis heavies gain a person version of the energy shield. While it's active they gain bonus shield points and a damage reduction. Once I figure out why the AI is giving me problems Troopers and Captains will have that too, I just wanted to get the config file fixes released.

Shredders and Gunners had their loot tables misconfigured. They were particularly generous when they died.

Psi unit updates

Psi Troopers replace their reanimate corpse with an ability that will lower a random stat by a random amount up to 15 points. Options are crit chance, defense, dodge, mobility, aim, psi offense, sight, will, strength, and hacking.
At tier 2 they gain the undying ability where they will always come back as a psi zombie on death.
At tier 3 those psi zombies will now explode on their death like spectral zombies. The explosion radius is smaller, though.

Psi Captains start with psi reanimation and mindspin, like sectoids, but also have soul mend to heal allies.
At tier 2 they gain aura of the dead, borrowed from the Cult of Jariah mod, so any units that die within sight get automatically brought back as a zombie.
At tier 3 they gain squadsight to make that more fun.

I seem to have settled on the Psi units focusing on swarming you with zombies while providing debuffs.

Next up will be Aegis units. They won't be very offensive but they will be buff themselves and allies.

Advent Scouts have had their HP lowered, they were tankier than they really should have been

Psi units get a go over:
Psi Captains get reanimation, mindspin, and a heal ability. The third tier replaces reanimation with mass reanimation, though that only get to use that once per encounter.

Psi Snipers get the special abilities. Their default attack is psychic and will bypass armor, though less damage than the basic Advent Sniper. They have an ability that disables a weapon and gains one that can cause panic, though they still have to hit you.

Psi Troopers have reanimation. I'm trying to give them a form of Undying Loyalty where they always come back as zombies but I haven't gotten it to work correctly yet.

I've also learned that Spectrum Green had aliens in addition to their versions of the Spectrum Yellow/Aegis units. I'll probably end up taking a look at them for potential value.

MEC Update

Oracle: Marks targets and has overwatch perks
Titan: Uses self destruct to kamikazi when it's health is low
Knight: Has a melee attack with a chance to stun or knock unconscious
Scout: Small and fast with a strong, short range gun
Phalanx: Can create energy shields and repairs robotic allies

Changes to riot troops: third tier lancers gain reposition after stunning
Started working on MECs.
High tier heavies should be able to self destruct if below 25% health.

Some Pyro changes. Some have the Hellweave Armor if you have Purge Units installed.
