Buffs
+ If GK starts DStrong grounded, he can cancel out of the falling part on hit. This makes it slightly more useful when grounded, but also allows you to do DStrong off-stage and live (even if only in a specific scenario)
+ NAir can be cancelled late into the aerial spin as long as GK has hit an opponent and not landed yet
+ UAir multihits now pull through platforms (not a major thing but will prevent opponents from being stuck on a platform and therefore escape the move)
Fixes / Other Changes
+ Improved GK's AI in many ways: He will now hold NSpecial and FSpecial + send swords up during NSpecial if it's beneficial to, use rising UAir more effectively, charge his strong attacks, stop charging specials/strongs if opponent parries or gets close, use the new DStrong cancel if off-stage, won't SD as much with DStrong/NAir off-stage, uses more varied moves, can hitfall aerials, and more
+ GK can now look up
+ Finally added Toon Link compatibility

+ DStrong tornado can now also be used on platforms, because why not (obviously the platform has to be big enough though)
+ If Jab1 is parried, it will no longer remove the DSpecial time rift
+ If you hold up when releasing NSpecial, some of the swords can be sent upward, which will cause them to rain down diagonally again a moment later (basically just like in his boss fight)

Nerfs
- FAir sweetspot now pushes Galacta Knight a bit backwards from the hit, and the sourspot has a more vertical angle (361->65)
- UStrong has a bit less knockback when used in the air, compared to grounded (ground stats are the same as before)
- DStrong landing lag increased (+10f), and reduced the size of the landing hitbox a bit

- Decreased NSpecial sword knockback when going upward (7->6.5 bkb, 0.8->0.7 kbs)

- Adjusted NSpecial sword angles to only launch upward or spike if they go at higher vertical angles
- Fixed bug where NSpec, FSpec, UStrong, and DStrong effects wouldn't cancel properly if Galacta Knight was hit with a weak move that put him into grounded hitstun

Nerfs
- NSpecial now has a bit more startup before spawning the swords (10->16)
- FSpecial's shield hitbox is now smaller, making it block less behind the shield and above/below
- FSpecial can now fall off ledges (so you can push GK off a ledge if you hit his shield, for example)
- FSpecial is now slower if it hasnt already absorbed a projectile (15->20 startup, 20->25 endlag), making it worse for general zoning and also making it more punishable
- UStrong lightning now disappears if GK gets hit before the lightning properly comes out
- DAttack is now less active on both sweetspot and sourspot, and has more endlag on whiff (10->15, same frame data on hit however)
Fixes / Other Changes
- Made more projectiles grabbable by Kewtians, and made the same projectiles also grabbable by Morshu (ex: NSpecial, FSpecial, FStrong
- Fixed some FSpecial hitboxes being reflectable, causing desyncs
