Description
The greatest warrior in the galaxy defies time to join Rivals of Aether! Galacta Knight from the Kirby series comes packed with powerful moves and great aerial movement.
If you like this, consider leaving a thumbs up for support!

Check out the rest of the roster!

Moveset

Neutral Special
Galacta Knight summons floating swords. If tapped he only summons 2, but if held he can summon more, until he has swords all around him. The swords can't harm opponents until he launches them and will disappear if Galacta Knight gets hit however!

Side Special
Galacta Knight blocks with his shield, absorbing damage from both projectiles and physical attacks. When releasing the button, he fires a projectile from his shield. Absorbing more damage makes the projectile more powerful!

Up Special
Galacta Knight takes flight, making for a great recovery move. Goes higher if the button is held, and if used on the ground it's faster and can be cancelled into attacks!

Down Special
Galacta Knight cuts open a rift in time and space. After a bit of time, the rift will open and fire a huge laser diagonally downward. It's a slow but very devastating move which can control a portion of the stage!
However, be aware that the rift will close if Galacta Knight loses a stock or gets parried, even while the laser is being fired!

Galactic Crisis

Galacta Knight comes with his own stage; his arena from Kirby Super Star Ultra!
Extras
- Set a CPU Galacta Knight to Level 1-3 for Boss Mode!
- Galacta Knight can use strong attacks both in the air and on the ground!
- With FAir, Galacta Knight can stick to walls!
- If Galacta Knight misses certain attacks, you can hit him afterwards for extra damage!

i long for the day when there's a proper morpho knight done justice.
don't misunderstand me. a re-skin of galacta knight is great but like.
there's enough difference with morpho knight to warrant it.

No specific reason, but mostly comes down to time, haha. I've wanted to give one to other characters like Matt, Sol, Alvis, Marx, Eggman, and so on, but its a combination of things.

Main reason GK does is just because I happened to choose him (partially because he's one of the most popular ones, but mostly just randomly), his boss mode was easy enough to make (he's mostly the same aside from his scripted boss attack sequence), and so on.

So that's the real answer, haha. I'd still like to give it to some other characters, but time is always limited!

is there a reason this guy has a boss mode were as non of your other characters do?

Does Galacta Knight have a negative SDI multiplier on their dstrong tornado? SDI-ing up and down always seemed reversed to me and I could never quite tell why

@Your_mum
Boss Mode is for CPU level 1-3!

How do I activate boss mode, every time I try and play as him he isn’t in his boss mode

whereas marx feels like a boss squished into a playable character, Galacta knight feels like a true boss with the sheer power, and the drawbacks of telegraphed attacks beautiful duality

I haven't seen this happen (and he also hasnt been patched in a month + no recent NAir changes as well), so could be a bugged installation? Happens sometimes, so you could try to uninstall and reinstall the character and see if that helps.

anybody else notice how nair sometimes crashes the game? or now?
