+ Made UStrong spawning a single lightning bolt while aerial happen at half-charge and above, instead of only full charge like before

+ Increased some movement stats (dash 6.5->7) and made wavedash slightly better
+ Made UTilt slightly faster (startup f11->f8, endlag -2f). The endlag change is mostly compensated for by the whifflag fix though
Fixes / Other Changes
+ Added boss mode if you set a Galacta Knight CPU to level 1, 2, or 3! The different levels determine the difficulty of the boss, which changes the fight a little bit. Boss mode + difficulty level is also displayed on the css to make all this clear, and the boss functions with a health bar like in the Kirby games
+ Added Miiverse compatibility (4 posts for now), and Kirby Fighters Buddy compatibility
+ Added silly angle 0 galaxy thing on several moves
+ Fixed some misc things (ex: Jab3 having too much whifflag, UTilt lacking whifflag, etc)

+ Made Galacta Knight slightly floatier to fit him a bit better (gravity 0.4->0.37)
+ GK's sprite and hurtbox now moves in a floaty way during certain states (walk, dash, etc)
+ GK's walk + dash now move the hurtbox slightly off the ground since he's floating
+ Fixed a bug with Villager pocket where Galacta Knight's DSpecial laser would sometimes have an invisible hitbox facing the other way, and generally not match the visual. Now it should work just fine when pocketed
