-Minor fixes (lua, rat lods)

- Added animations, sounds
- Rats can be run over by vehicles and scripted ones (simfphys and scars for the moment)
- Rats can eat drugs and die
- Minor fixes (lua, files, model bbox to avoid the rats to be stuck in some maps, icons)
