corrected typo with the Bishop SMG

Changed a little how it is done
instead of hiding the ME weapons i went to set them non-infinite, non-starting and not buildable

For CI compatibility i also removed the Schematics of the ones that use their own Schematic

This has a bigger compatibility if you want to use those weapons as a reward from loot crates
