Fixed some issues with previously added ship-mod compatibility.

Reduced L and XL ship build time by 50%. Should make the universe a bit more active and reduce the wait time for your new, shiny, big boat.

Nodan
- Increased speed and maneuverability.
- Increased cost accordingly.
Should now be able to do all the racing missions. Have fun speeding around.

Muon Charger
- Damage vastly reduced.
- Mk2 is no longer a specific anti-capital version.

Burst Ray
- Increased base damage
- Massively increased module damage bonus.

L + XL shield regen reduced by 50%
L + XL shield health increased by 30%
Destroyer main gun and L Turret damage reduced by 25%~
Weapon and L turret ranges and damage standardised per faction.
This should make capital vs capital combat last a bit longer and damage to stick more.

M turret damage increased by 20%
Plasma weapons moved 25% of damage to hull.
L Beam turret has been changed to be more of a "Lance"-type. Keeps short range, high damage nature.
New sounds for L Beam turrets.

VIG ships reduced in health and flight performance.
Cost of VIG ships reduced.
They now provide the weakest, but also the cheapest ships.

Some more typos and incorrect values fixed.

Fixed wrong damage tag on anti-hull weapons. Now they actually are better against hull.
Removed DLC dependencies since the mod apparently works just fine on any version.
Some small balance adjustments.
