v1.21: Bug Fix & Runes Changes

FSPECIAL:
Fixed a bug where extra damage wouldn't apply on frozen opponents.

Rune F:
This rune has been changed, instead of setting the opponent's friction to 0, an extra hitpause is
applied when using a freezing attack if Frostpaw doesn't have the Freeze Power.


Rune J:
The Cold Zone now directly inflicts damage to an opponent in the field instead of creating impacts
around Frostpaw.

v1.20: Balance & Stats Changes

UTILT:
(-) Damage: 12->10
(-) Start-Up: 8->10
Being powerful, UTILT is now corresponding to a slower move in Frostpaw's kit and doing similar damage to an uncharged STRONG attack.

DTILT:
(=) Knockback Scaling: 0.35->0.4
(=) Hitpause Scaling: 0.35->0.4
DTILT is now less spammable to juggle and motivates cleaner follow-ups.

FSTRONG:
(-) Base Knockback : 8->7
FSTRONG now requires higher percent to KO.

BAIR:
(=) Knockback Scaling: 0.4->0.5 (Clean Hit)
BAIR is now less effective as a combo tool at lower percents and can potentially KO at higher ones.

DAIR:
(=) Hitpause: 5->6
Visual only. Gives more impact to the attack.

NSPECIAL:
(+) Start-Up: 10->8 (Normal)
Normal NSPECIAL's start-up returns to its original value to motivate its use.

USPECIAL:
(-) Bump Height: 50->35
(=) Bump Y Axis: -5->-10
USPECIAL's Bump Hitbox is now harder to land to avoid easy KO.

Frostpaw received new values for his air movement to make him closer to a Rivals character. He is now more floaty and his jumps are slighty reduced making him akin to most of the Fire fighters, notably Forsburn. This will make his combo game a tad slower but gives him more flexibility in the air like when using recovery moves or wall jumping.
His ground movement should now be more handleable with lower acceleration when he changes his direction.
His Wavedash is a bit slower but lasts longer, making it even more reliable as a mobility option.

v1.19: Runes + New Skins

Rune A:
Applied Endlag values for new FAIR's animation.

Cold Zone (Rune J):
Fixed a bug where DSPECIAL could trigger multi-heals with Rune G, using this attack near the Cold Zone now destroys it.

Skins:
Frostpaw got 3 new skins: Summit, Infamous, Champion.
Ballistic2159's colors have been changed.


Misc:
Updated Descriptions for Runes A, E, J & M.
Victory Screen is now Frostpaw's home stage: Aurora Station.

FAIR:
FAIR's animation is now less static. Lenght remains unaltered.

BAIR:
BAIR's ice now features crackles instead of using transparency.

DSTRONG:

Double Jumps animations are now smoother

v1.17: Slight Adjustments

BAIR:
(-) Decreased Base Knockback (Initial Value): 8->6
BAIR had a stronger knockback if the move was the first to hit, it's now fixed.

DSTRONG:
(+) Increased Base Knockback: 12->16 (Freeze Power)
DSTRONG was buffed on the previous patch but its Freeze Power variant wasn't.

v1.16: STRONG & Hitboxes Buffs + New NSPECIAL

NAIR:
(+) Increased Hitbox Width: 50->65
(=) Adjusted Hitbox X Axis: 25->20
NAIR has been buffed to hit more easily, with the kick trail now being covered.

UAIR:
(+) Increased Hitbox 2 Width: 75->90
(+) Increased Hitbox 2 Height: 35->40
UAIR's 2nd Hitbox is now bigger, hitting foes from afar should now be easier.

DAIR:
(+) Increased Base Knockback: 4->5
(+) Increased Hitbox 1 Width: 25->38
(=) Adjusted Hitbox 1 X Axis: 10->13
DAIR was a bit hard to hit with its tiny hitbox and often not very rewarding, it's now larger and stronger.

FSTRONG:
(+) Increased Base Knockback: 5->8
FSTRONG is a versatile move for Frostpaw and needed more impact, it should now be a respectable kill move.

DSTRONG:
(+) Increased Base Knockback (Both Hitboxes): 6->8 (Normal)
DSTRONG is now more balanced with the other Strong and Freezing attacks.

NSPECIAL:
(-) Increased Startup: 8->10 (Normal)
NSPECIAL has been reworked! You can now hold the special button to launch 2 snowflakes in a row. If you have the Freeze Power, Frostpaw will sacrifice his ability and launch a powerful projectile.
Use these new moves carefully, they will stun yourself if your opponent parries them. The last one can also be reflected. Note that only the regular Snowflake can create a Cold Zone (Rune J).


FSPECIAL/FSPECIAL_AIR:
Fixed effects that could occur by using the attack while the opponent was hit by an other move.
Fixed IceBreaker that could kill from 196%.


Cold Zone (Rune J):
(-) Decreased Hitbox Width & Height: 150->125
Fixed a bug where FSPECIAL/FSPECIAL_AIR could inflict multi-hits, using these attacks near the Cold Zone now destroys it.
The cooldown for the hitboxes now resets even if Frostpaw isn't in the Cold Zone.


Misc:
Increased Vocal Freeze Delay: 120->180

v1.15: Major Technical Update [FSPECIAL/CSS Button/Compatibility]

FSPECIAL/FSPECIAL_AIR:
(=) Base Hitpause : 7->21 (Normal) / 180->21 (Frozen)
Before, Frostpaw only had to have the last opponent he hit in a frozen state to have his FSPECIAL considered as a critical hit, which could be used against unfrozen ones. This is now fixed.
FSPECIAL & FSPECIAL_AIR now rise the Freezing Bar according to the damage they inflicted.


CSS:
Frostpaw now has a button on his CSS, you can turn it on to activate his Vocal Assistance. The Vocal Assistance can help you detecting many events happening on the field such as attacks, dangers, states for a more intense fight. It also features visual effects, a new taunt system and more surprises.

Compatibility:
Thanks to his vocal assistance, Frostpaw now has a compatibility option and can detect various attacks coming from other characters.

Misc:
New Sounds & Sprites have been included.

FStrong has been reworked! While it kept most of its attributes, it has been redesigned to look like an Haymaker Punch. Frostpaw now jumps forward to struck a hit, having more velocity than his old FStrong.

DSPECIAL:
Using DSpecial with the Freeze Power now affects the Horizontal Speed instead of changing the Air Speed.

Misc:
Wall Cling/Wall Jump's outline color adjusted
DTILT's eye color adjusted

v1.13: Bug Fixes & Runes Adjustment

DSPECIAL:
Being parried during DSPECIAL with the Freeze Power now restores the Air Speed to its original value.

Runes:
Freeze Boost/Zone Mode (Runes [L]&[N]):
Fixed Air Speed reduced to its original value after using DSPECIAL with the Freeze Power.

Cold Zone (Rune J):
Hitting foes with the icy impacts generated in the Cold Zone was filling up the Freezing Bar depending of the last attack used before. Hitting foes with any attack while the Cold Zone is active now fills up the Freezing Bar like DSPECIAL.

v1.12: DSPECIAL Velocity & Juiciness

FSPECIAL:
FSpecial's Hurtbox slightly adjusted, it's now akin to the animation.

DSPECIAL:
(+) Decreased Friction (Normal): 0.5 -> 0.2
(+) Increased Super Armor Frames: 10 -> 15
(+) Increased Float Max Air Speed (Freeze Power): 4 -> 6
DSpecial is now more effective as a mobility tool. You can reach a higher speed than usual for a brief moment during this move if you have the Freeze Power, the Super Armor also durates for the entire time you're levitating.

Misc:
JAB/BAIR/USPECIAL's hits that aren't ice-based now increase the Freezing Bar like other moves.
FREEZE logo on the HUD has more effects.
