-Fixed steam engine
-Fixed backwards navigation lights (it's been nearly one and a half years and no one informed me)

Updated (v1.9) HMVS Brisbane (1860's). Renamed vehicle from "HMVS Brisbane (Sinkable)" to "(v1.9) HMVS Brisbane (1860's)".

-Changed rigging from standard ropes to XML Pipes

-Overhauled boiler design, now much simpler and more user friendly

-Changed the previous boiler explosion to a basic sink switch

-Added hidden vertical rudders so that the ship isn't pitched back nearly as far when moving

-Changed the reverse from a button to the lever going to -1

-minor fixes that were noticed since original upload, mainly labels

-changed "(1860)" to "(Sinkable)"
