-Fixed bug that caused utility enchantment to sometimes be removed when combining enchanted items by stacking them or crafting a new item even though the level capacity has enough room.(@eightteentwo)
-Fixed Attackspeed enchantments below 10%(config value) saying they give AutoReuse when they don't.
-Rogue Weapon Attackspeed fix/nerf. Adding attackspeed to Calamity Rogue weapons the normal way causes the rogue bar to not be reset. I was able to do a workaround, but it's possible that using an attackspeed enchantment on them will prevent attackspeed from other sources. I've requested help from the Calamity Discord, but that's never been fruitful in the past, so let me know if you loose attackspeed from a source from adding an enchantment. (@Yureii)

-Amaterasu Nerf... sort of... Fixed Amaterasu debuff dealing double the intended damage per second from damage that you deal because I was calculating it 2 times on the game client, but only once for the server and other clients.
-Updated calculations that use health and max health to determine values such as god slayer, experience gain, etc.... If you notice something strange especially with enemies that have multiple parts like the Destroyer after this update, let me know.

-Added a new way to manually set the drop rate of enchantments if we want, so changing drop rates is easier.

-"Display approximate weapon damage in the tooltip" config option now on by default. This is only displayed if you have an effect that increases your damage like a Damage enchantment. It is needed because I increase damage after enemy defenses are checked instead of before because it would bypass armor in too powerful of a way and Damage enchantments would be much better than other stat enchantments.
-Added config options for disabling crit chance per level on weapons and to switch the stat to damage per level instead.(@Yureii)

-Added Armor Reduction per level on Armor and accessories. (Similar to the crit chance per level on weapons)
Damage Reduction values do not scale off the Global Enchantment Strength Multiplier. Instead, they have setpoints in the config with the defaults below:

Damage Reduction per level
Armor Accessory
Journey 0.625% (25% at 40) 0.3125% (12.5% at 40)
Normal 0.25% (10% at 40) 0.125% (5% at 40)
Expert 0.1875% (7.5% at 40) 0.09375% (3.75% at 40)
Master 0.125% (5% at 40) 0.0625% (2.5% at 40)
These values are based on the vote from 27SEP22 when I pitched the idea. Sorry this took so long. I took a break from modding because I got very burnt out.
-Added config options to completely disable the damage reduction per level or customize the amount of damage reduction received.
-Added tooltips for Damage Reduction per level and crit chance per level.
-Updated Item Experience wiki page with damage reduction table https://weapon-enchantments-mod-tmodloader.fandom.com/wiki/Item_Experience
-Items that consume mana, but aren't weapons are now considered tools. (@EARLE)
-Fixed size enchantments on armor/accessories not increasing the size of held items. They still worked on projectiles before.(@niknik98)
-Fixed being able to change an armor's armor set bonus with infusion without pressing finalize. (aka for free, but it would reset upon save/quit)
-Added config option to disable armor infusion. This will prevent you consuming armor for infusion and ignore infusions on existing armor, but still remembers the infusions.(@Yureii)
-Updated Infusion Damage Multiplier config setting. Setting it to 1000 (aka 1x which is no bonus damage) will now prevent you from consuming weapons for infusion.(@Yureii)

-Attempted to fix bug: upon going on any Cosmic Voyage, all available All For One enchantments makes any weapon the enchantment applies to unusable(@Irisz)
-Behind the scenes updates to make generating and updating wiki pages easier/take me less time. I can now make them save into separate txt files in sorted folders instead of being in a giant list in the client.log and it will automatically recognize each page that is new or was changed so I quickly know which ones I need to push to the wiki. This should reduce the total time required to make enchantments.

-Removed a lot of old commented out code that I was keeping just in case there were issues with the new(current) enchantment system.
-Fixed rounding errors in the tooltips such as +60.0000000004% damage. Please let me know if you find any of these that I may have missed. Thank you to @PrincessOfEvil(Princess of Evil) for teaching me how to fix it.
-Removed a lot of unnecessary rounding. They were old attempts to fix the rounding errors in tooltips.
-Added the minion attack target effect to the basic Whip Class Swap Enchantment. I forgot to put it on there when they were created.(@Xzye Trelefor)
-Modified restrictions of War enchantment to make it less punishing on summoners. Dealing damage to an enemy with any weapon besides a minion will permanently remove the minion damage resistance from the War Enchantment on that enemy instead of just ignoring it when the enemy is the minion attack target. This should make it feel normal when fighting enemies with minions while still dissuading afk farming.
-Minor improvements to tooltips. Let me know if anything looks strange.
-Multishot changed to allowed on all weapons except minion weapons vote results.
-God Slayer changed to allowed on all weapons based on vote results

-Fixed Titanium railgun's projectiles having effectively infinite size because of a divide by zero bug caused by an oversight by me...... To be fair, I don't see why they set the projectile.scale to zero when the default value is 1......Maybe it starts at zero and goes up from there?....... oh well. (@chelonii)
