-All tables now return essence from offering with 100% efficiency instead of 60-100% based on table tier.
-Added a config option to re-enable this. Off by default.
-Added a config option to reduce the efficiency based on weapon infusion power.(@Labotical_Labs)
-Changed Lava Fishing to have a scale percent of 0. (Unaffected by the Global Enchantment Strength.
-Corrected Lava Fishing's capacity cost from 3x to 1x
-Added support for the Census mod to indicate the Witch's spawn conditions.(@Koko rotzank)
-Magic Storage and the enchanting table can no longer be open at the same time to prevent essence duplication.
-Fixed essence not dropping from any enemies........... woops...... (@EasyBot, @CrownClown)

-Favorited items can no longer be offered or consumed for infusion.
-Fixed the wrong enchantment essence being received when crafting enchantments back down to their previous tiers.
-Fixed the wrong enchantment essences being dropped..... same issue as above due to the internal name changes a few updates ago.
-Fixed multiple other issues related to using/getting the wrong essence similar to above.

-Fixed xp rates from fishing being 100x intended in 0.2.3.13
-Added tiers 0-3 for all potion buff enchantments.
-Changed how the potion buff enchantments work. They will now trigger once ever 15 seconds (configurable) and last for 3/6/9/12/15 seconds.(@Arcane)
-The duration ADDS to the current duration of the buff if you already have it (can't add more than the max of 15 seconds). This allows you to use the enchantments in conjunction with a potion to extend the duration of the potion if your enchantment tier isn't max.
-Removed "max of 1" from the potion buff enchantments.
-Multiple of the same potion buff enchantment now add together. Example: 2 tier 0 Spelunker enchantments on your gear (3 second duration each) = 6 second duration.

-Favorited items will no longer be offered when using the "Offer All Items of the same type from inventory" config option.
-The player will now be notified when the daily fishing quest resets at 4:30 am if they have a fishing pole with NPC Contact Angler enchantment in their inventory.
-Fixed crates only being able to drop 1 specific enchantment instead of randomizing between it's possible drops.
-Raised drop rates of crates to: (I played many hours of fishing on a fresh master world with just weapon enchantments and it was abysmal)
wood: 5% -> 20%
iron: 10% -> 25%
gold: 15% -> 30%
Pearlwood: 10% -> 30%
Mythril: 20% -> 35%
Titanium: 30% -> 40%
all prehardmode biome crates: 15% -> 25%
all hardmode biome crates: 25% -> 35%
lockbox: 50% (unchanged)
obsidian lockbox: 100% (unchanged)

-Raised the drop rates of the luck enchantment significantly (Webber Gaming - Steam)

-Moved KoKo lib to being a dependency instead of spliced into the mod so they can get more credit for their work/assistance.
-Added Witch Shop NPC (created by @Sir Bumpleton✿)
-Changed the enchantment names to the "new" names permanently and removed the option to use the old tier names (SuperRare/UltraRare). 2 Reasons for this change. The localization is getting massive because of needing 7 instead of 5 for every enchantment from the extra names. It is also causing significant issues with swapping between them with the localization. It is possible, but would require an extremely large amount of time in addition to the 10+ hours I've already put into trying to get it to work.
-Fixed Automatically Match Presets to World Difficulty config option not being able to be on.

-Updated github description to include hellstone ore in the hellish table recipe(@Dark_Link)
-Fixed multishot not adding bonus damage on the Titanium Railgun. (It used to convert the multishot bonus into a damage multiplier instead because of the crash it causes with multishot. It now gives that damage bonus again)(@Ice flare-dragon ice)
-Added Class Swap enchantments for all class types except summon. (Whip allows your weapons to be converted into the summon damage type used by whips, but it doesn't make any sense for normal weapons to deal the same damage type as minions)
-Added Rogue Class Swap enchantment (Calamity specific mod created by @Vyklade)
Note: I'm fine with other people creating enchantments specific to other mods, however, they must be unique to that mod like this one is. I however, will not be putting effort into creating mod specific enchantments like this with the exception of helping other contributors get their creations finalized and integrated.
-Fixed a calculation error causing every npc to have the incorrect essence and enchantment drop rates be a very large amount including some having none (@sharkman0101 Your blue/green slime not dropping essence report)
