Updated Diesel/Electric Locomotive.

- Updated the microcontroller for the brake system to the latest version
- - Replaced controls that said "Reversed Vehicle" with controls that say "Power from Rear"
- - Added switch to invert the reverser number for a locomotive spawned backwards to rest of train

- Reduced the time to use the key switch to start the engine to 0.5 seconds

Updated Diesel/Electric Locomotive.

- Fixed and updated engine controller
- - Fixed the way the controller sends and receives data through multiple vehicles
- - Added switches to determine if the secondary vehicle is in front of or behind the powered/controlling vehicle
- - Updated controller to allow external control through an instrument panel or large toggle buttons
