Added nair to the buff beats thing
if beats are maxed & if he hits a player then the beat will go down slightly slower.

Ustrong:
Initial projectile speed 10 -> 10.5
projectile charge multiplier 0.025 -> 0.04
removed fbkb multiplier
cooldown 50 -> 40

Fstrong:
start up 17 -> 15
Endlag 16 -> 17
BKB 9 -> 8
* wanted to make a strong that was slightly quicker

Dstrong:
Made the hitbox shape into rounded square
Vertical range decreased
start up 17 -> 16

Dtilt:
Is techable now
hitstun 1.2 -> 1
* Doesn't change much really because this move is a good combo tool

Dair:
Sweetspot BKB 5.35 -> 5.5
Sourspot hitstun 1 -> 0.8
Sourspot KBS 0.2 -> 0.3
Damage 6,4 -> 7,5

Gimmick:
Timer before losing a beat increased 3 seconds -> 6 seconds
On hit when you get a nice you get an extra beat
On successful parry timed correctly you get 3 beats on NICE & 2 on OK

Munophone:
Added beats to the Rhythm tip

Gimmicks:
Beats won't be removed on hit anymore instead it will slowly go down (180 Frames per beat) [can make it slightly longer if you hit an opponent]
Having more beats will very ever so slightly increase your speed
Fixed bug where if he was above 4 beats his speed boost would never go down
Dropped dash boost by 5 frames

~ basically beats will decrease by itself instead of hitting on of your random moves + gives you a tiny speed boost when you have at least 4 beats

* Having a strong projectile like that lastes very long is kinda nasty, this should make it less spammable

Nice or Ok triggers 3 frames before instead of right at the end of the window
* Makes it much easier to time

Fspecial:
On nice or Ok it will slightly decreased cooldown
On hit with nice or ok it will give slightly more hitpause

Rasied the max beats from 10 -> 16
* It made more sense since it's a multiple of 4 & 8
If beats above 8 it will buff some moves slightly like Fstrong, Dstrong, Bair and Dattack

Ustrong:
For the first 10 frames the Maracas can't be hit
Charging the move will make the Maracas go higher
* Basically his maracas are transcendent untill the first platform on Julesville (Uncharged)

Uair:
Hit feels a little more meaty
Sour BKB 6 -> 7
Sour KBS 0.4 -> 0.3
Sour Hitstun 0.95 -> 0.9

Fstrong:
Slightly lowered hitpause

Dattack:
Added a super weak hitbox after the first 2 hitboxes
Weak Early lifetime 4 -> 3
Decreased the size of Weak Early
Endlag 12 -> 13

Rune A:
Beats won't decrease the speed of his dattack anymore
