Removed invincibility to the opponent when initial caged, because I noticed that it didn't break with the new air hitbox change

Dspecial:
Added an hitbox where it only hits opponents in the air (the original one is the grounded hit one)
* This will make it so that edgegrauding with this move is harder
Fixed a silly bug where the opponent would fall down with the cage (if it fell off a ledge)
The cage uses a custom mask sprite now, so it should be much harder for it to get stuck on the very edge of the stage

Omptized code in hitplayer (it uses the new kb changer stuff I made)
Added a rune (Rune K)

Gimmick:
When a player is in stun (boogie or cage) instead of slightly decreasing kb, it just increased hitpause to prevent fake galaxies

Munophone:
Added Cheats (Basically let's you use cage and boogie bomb whenever)

Alts:
Added Goku, Tasque Manager alts

Nspecial:
Blast hitbox has much less hitpause scaling 0.8 -> 0.3
