v1.38 feedback from Anebriate's Stream (mainly Nspecial, Dspecial, Dtilt, Dair and Uair)

General:
I don't feel like putting down att window 100 times, so just assume I make all att window just match lifetime (unless it already does that) & endlag slightly longer

Init:
Initial dash speed 4.6 -> 5.5

Nspecial:
Start up 13 -> 16
Cooldown 100 -> 120
The opponent can cancel out of it after 45 frame without being haunted and 60 frames being haunted
Removed the extra cooldown on hit
Removed force taunt in playtester mode (to prevent the game crashing)

Dspecial:
Haunted extra hitpause 30 -> 40
An opponent needs to be haunted for cage to trap an opponent
If an opponent isn't haunted it will just bounce them up

Endlag 16 -> 14

Dair:
Landing lag 10 -> 7
