v8.5 Erm what??? A patch for this character in this year???
+ Grounded Down Special now acts like an actual projectile, instead of whatever the hell I was smoking (puff puff ARE YOU FUCKING HIGH Why was it melee based???).

~ Name change: renamed instances of 'Balanced Mega Man' just to 'Mega Man'

v8.4
- Up Strong has been made weaker with KBS. (1.2 > 1)
- Startup has been nerfed by 2 frames.
- Scoop hitboxes come out later. (Frame 1 > Frame 5)

+ Back Air has been sped up by 4 frames.
+ Back Air's hit has been made a small bit bigger as well as being pushed out slighty.
+ Knockback goes at a more favorable angle now (45 with a flipper of 6 > 132)

~ FTilt's sourspot hitbox has been adjusted to be on the block itself.
+ FTilt Sweetspot has been made wider to help with hitting it better.

+ Down Air comes out faster (30 > 25)
- Sourspot doesn't last for as long (10 > 8)

+ Up Tilt comes out faster by 3 frames.

- Up Air Hit 2, and 3 have been nerfed. (5 > 3, 5 > 4)

~ Removed angle flippers on Air DSpecial and BAir.

Down Smash has been reworked in how it functions as a move, instead of just being a quick spam poke, it has been converted into a slower, stronger coverage option.

+ Wild Coils can't be broken anymore, as well as moving at a faster speed.
+ The Coils send at a steeper angle.
- However, the lifetime has been greatly decreased (40 > 25).
- Startup takes longer.
- Damage has been nerfed (11 > 9).

~ His cooldowns trigger in a different way now, they get used as a weapon hitbox is out. This should help with keeping your resources as you get hit.

~ His walk and dash animations have been improved.

~ Apparently his Dash Attack sourspot has a base knockback of 34 instead of the intended 8...
This has been quickly fixed.

- Intended Dash Attack sourspot has also been nerfed (8 > 4).

- Dash Attack's sweetspot sends at a steeper angle. (45 > 34)
Sourspot has been nerfed in damage (6 > 10) and knockback (10 > 8)

- Several sprite offsets have been slightly adjusted to blend better.

- Added a "certain" feature that'll be updated as more "victims" are found.

After a long time coming of almost no new updates since June, I can finally present:
*Balanced Mega Man:*

This is my workshop character and I had fun with designing everything.
Feedback for balance changes and whatnot is greatly appreciated

This should just about be his finished state including a ground taunt (finally), and balancing changes.
A new character compatibility system where he swaps to the opponents colors if certain conditions are met is planned for him, but is not currently in the character right now.

- His Neutral Special has been greatly changed. It finally functions like a true bomb, timed explosion and everything.
This move can no longer break.

- Side Special is now immune to breaking, but it travels slower.

- Up Special and Down Air have slightly different physics tied to them. Up Special now has a small straight boost up to help with distance while Down Air has a slight "hover" now.

- His Up Air comes out faster and the overall speed is slightly quicker.
This gives Mega Man a proper juggle tool.
Endlag has been adjusted to allow an aggressive upclose option at the cost of a nerfed Hit 1.
Hit 2 has a new downwards hitbox added that helps prevent fallouts.

- Back Air has been sped up by 2 frames to make shorthop Bair more effective.

- Up Strong's hitbox doesn't linger as long as it used to.

- Up Tilt's scooping hitboxes have been improved to connect better.
Up Tilt also comes out 2 frames faster.

- Forward Tilt now comes out faster, but only on hit. The move is still going to have a decent amount of endlag if whiffed.

- Forward Tilt's hitboxes have also been reworked. The current hit is now treated as a sourspot while a new tip sweetspot hit was created.

- Dash Attack now comes out faster, but only on hit. The move is still going to have a decent amount of endlag if whiffed.

- Forward Tilt has been made a slight bit stronger.
Forward Tilt is also very slightly faster.
Hitbox comes out a frame earlier.

- Down Tilt's hitboxes have been pushed out slightly.

- Up Strong has a back hit that should help with missing the move.
Up Strong's knockback is increased.

- Forward Air comes out slightly faster.
Forward Air is slightly stronger too.

- Forward Strong's launcher has been slightly increased in width.

- Grounded Down Special has a tiny bit more stun on the final hit.
New hit has been added before the launcher hit that reaches through platforms.
