Reverted some calculations on the tissue saturation. Original code is a mess with random numbers thrown everywhere and no mention of what they mean or how things are calculated. Any changes just ended up creating doom. So tissue calculations have been reverted mostly back to original, but with a vastly increased time dilation

Surfacing without having completed your deco stop is now more harshly punished with wounds on top of the severe pain

Quality of life change: You can now attach gas mixture even if you are in water, provided you do not already have one attached. So forgetting to attach a flask before jumping from the helicopter into the water will now not be punished by having to complete the rest of the mission on the surface

Changes:
Diving computer now warns "!NO AIR!" when you are on your reserve tank.
Reserve tank has 60 seconds of air before you drown.
Decompression time has been decreased by a factor of 5 - No need to create a needlessly long waiting periods when the numbers don't represent real life accurately anyways.
Air consumption has been increased by a factor of 2.
Various number tweaking across entire code.
Helium is now treated as a regular inert gas the same as Nitrogen, creating needs for decompression stops even when running Heliox.

Bugs:
Fixes a lot of various issues with decompression caluclations.
Fixes bug where you could stay under water with no air forever without dying.
Fixes Diving Computer not working above water.
Fixes bug where O2 didn't decrease with depth.
Fixes bug where googles were yeeted away whenever you find yourself over water, such as flying or walking on a pier.
Fixes bug where Deep stop didn't register properly, instead immediately pretending you had broken it to give you the full decompression sickness.
Fixes Diving Computer not updating for Deep stops.
