Change of bow anchor from 1 mag all to a 3 mag all design that tends to get at least 2 if not all 3 to grip the sea floor. Gives greater strength in rough conditions.

Discovered that in the low fuel state (~20% left) there was a tendency to have a stbd list. Added port ballast to limit that while still decently level at full fuel.

Removed extra electrical wiring preventing shutting down robotics as intended.

Stbd crane electrical had required having the port side systems on. Corrected so that that Crane connects directly to the robotic circuit on the helm. Allows them to be powered independently.

The rear deck new small winches were on their default agonisingly slow speed and are now from 1.0 to 4.0 speed
