- Emergency fix regarding the Strike Cruiser, added (or re-added depending on the shipset) the ship entity file for Strike Cruisers due to the latest patch for NSC3.

Note: Strike cruisers will use the same ship models as normal cruisers until the Stellaris 4.1 update cycle when I would be able to change the ship lineups for each of my sets without the risk of breaking people's ongoing games.

Bugfixes:

- Fixed some issues created by the 4.0 update
- Fixed a variety of minor errors to help clean up the error log

Other Changes:

- Applied this set's habitat models to the newly added deep space citadel as placeholder models

- Fixed the NSC Headquarters appearance (now apparently a megastructure)
- Changed in-game shipset name to "SW: Rebel" which should hopefully keep these sets more organized

- Updated to Stellaris 3.9 and to NSC3 Season 1 (This set will no longer be compatible with the older NSC2 versions)

New Models:

- Added Long Range Scanner ported from Empire at War, this will replace the Observation Station model
- Added skins for the Orbital Arcology and Stellar Particle Accelerator from Gigastructures, this uses a port of the Kuat Ring model from Empire at War
- Added a skin for the Orbital Ring using the Kuat Ring model by Shiny_Man

Major Changes:

- The former Observation Station model will now be used as the set's Hyper Relay skin

Roster Changes:

- The KDY Strike Cruiser and MC40 are now Edict Addon Cruiser options, formerly Strike Cruisers
- The Quasar is now an Edict Addon Cruiser option since NSC3 no longer uses models with the Cruiser S2HB section
- The Sphyrna is now an Edict Addon Corvette option as it was formerly used as the Frigate
- Swapped around the Battleship models a bit to add a better selection of model choices

Other Changes:

- Added localisation files for all languages supported by Stellaris (though still all in English but at least the text shouldn't be broken now if playing in a different language)
- Removed the Strike Cruiser entity file and weapon meshes

New Models:

- Added the Sphyrna Corvette by Warb_Null
- Added the MC75 Profundity by Warb_Null

Roster Changes:

- The Frigate now uses that Sphyrna Corvette model, the former DP20 model is now part of the edict add-ons (have been meaning to do this since they changed missiles to S-slot weapons)
- The Battleship Mid S4LHB and M4SHB sections now uses the MC75 Profundity model
- The Battleship Mid L2M2 section now uses the Valiant Star Destroyer model

Other Changes:

- Increased the size of the engine particles for the DP20 model

- Updated to Stellaris 3.8

New Models:

- Added a Coruscant texture by author Shiny_Man as this set's City Planet
- Ported the Imperial Shipyard from the Empire ships to be used as this set's Mega Shipyard
- Brought back the Jovan Station model, this time with a hanger shield attachment

Major Changes:

- Added the Edict Add-On option that adds a couple of additional ship sections, and hence ship models, to be unlocked via edict. This allows for all ship models in this mod to be used in the roster and opens up unlimited opportunities for future additions. As of right now, 1 unused model as well as 2 corvette sections are added to the ship designer when it is activated.
- Removed all vanilla exclusive invisible ship sections and additional model copies that were not used in this edition (but were for the vanilla edition). As stated in the vanilla edition's changes, this will basically allow for this version to be developed more independently.
- Removed the unused Venator Star Destroyer and it's associated textures, it is an Imperial ship that is hard to associate with the Rebel Alliance anyways
- Removed the unused IPV4 corvette and it's associated textures, same reason as the Venator
- Removed all the unused fighter models and their associated textures as I know that they will never have a use
- Removed the Terra Station model as it will eventually become the Corellian Starbase in it's own set
- Added a localisation file for this mod as it is now needed

Roster Changes:

- The Nebulon Ranger has been added as an Exploration Cruiser option using the Bow M1S2 section
- The Jovan Station has replaced the Terra Station as the Headquarters

Minor Fixes:

- Explosion & Weapon locators have finally been added to the Nebulon Ranger since it is now in use
- Fixed shield mesh attachment on the KDY Strike and the Twin-Wing Assault Frigate
