-Adjusted some player spawnpoints.
-Adjusted the fading in certain physics props.
-Tweaked Lightmap scale in some faces where quality is not relevant.
-Corrected some props which had incorrect lighting origin.
-Fixed the face of a small Brush which had Nodraw where it is supposed to be visible.
-Lowered some props which were floating in the air.

-Misc decoration.
-Added a ship wreck around one of the corners of the map.
-Added some rocks around the beach / sandbank.
-Added some wreck row boat models around beach / sandbank.
-Added Voleyball thing whatever you call it.
-Added Easter Eggs
-Slight changes in vegetation. +Palms around shore.
-Texture tweaks and misc. Adjustments in the Spa.
-Moved some stuff in the laundry, added some sink prop models.
