RTX 3050 and even on that this hits down to 20-30 FPS.
The map in general is well done, but to optimize the map massively you should consider deleting at least the middle level func_viscluster. I am not sure if you understand what func_viscluster does, but your whole map is covered with a giant viscluster which actually means the map is drawing EVERYTHING on the map at once which causes the major performance issues.
