- removed dependency, obviously still needs arsenal/brita to even make sense, but should work with either version now

Update:

Fixed some jewelry not being smeltable, jewelry now gives lead not brass.
Fixed car battery recipe not consuming the item.
Added recipes, .22 LR now scrappable, 40mm grenades craftable (requires lvl 6 reloading).
Melting is now a lot faster, casting retained the same speed.
Added metal item melting to lead (sheets and scrap only).
Separated 'useful metal item' smelting (doorknob, tweezers etc.) from junk smelting (fork, spatula, etc.).
Changed sounds and other minor fixes.
