Fixed (hopefully!) the issue of the "enable receive damage" status of damageable entities not persisting across game loads.

Castle Hralich: Slightly slowed down the spawns of some kleers to make it easier to react to their sudden appearance.
Castle Hralich: Added one more small shotgun ammo pickup in the left-hand room at the start.

Castle Hralich: Fixed visibility a bit (there shouldn't be any difference when playing, this is behind the scenes stuff)

Castle Hralich: Swapped omni lights in Lore of Fire arena out for fast lights, should be faster and less buggy but visual quality has gone down slightly

Objective markers in all levels should now hopefully appear correctly in co-op (will need feedback on whether this fix worked)

Miereland: Added a 25 armour item next to one of the lore secrets
Miereland: Mech low battery event should be more consistent in co-op

Castle Hralich: Made the Lore of Fire arena a bit more visually interesting
Castle Hralich: Particularly dangerous enemies in Lore of Fire arena now have pre-spawn effects
Castle Hralich: Separated the main castle and Lore of Fire arena into separate visibility sectors, should slightly boost performance

Belly of the Beast: Rock wall in the drop down from the tilting floor room no longer exposes an out of bounds area

Miereland: Swapped the model of one lore note
Miereland: Added a teleporter to the generator with the skillpoint that quickly returns you to Sceabold Cave, so you don't have to backtrack as much
Miereland: Added beacons to indicate where keys are in the opening arena if you take too long to find them AFTER triggering the plasma wall message (specifically, if you spend 70 seconds exploring, timer does not take into account time spent fighting)

Belly of the Beast: Added Autoshotgun ammo to the Lore of Light side objective arena

Added one more secret
Reduced number of female gnaars that spawn from the keycard near the plasma door down to 4 (from 5)
Adjusted terrain in the narrow corridor leading down to Sceabold Cave, enemies should no longer get stuck
Plasma door blocking Sceabold Cave no longer unnecessarily closes for the fight against the zealots when picking up the plasma gun; co-op players who are left behind can now come inside
Changed skybox to one with clouds and slightly adjusted lighting

Changed general aesthetic, added rain
Reduced par time to 18 minutes (still very doable)
Enemies in the right-hand room in the intro building should now properly register the player's existence upon spawning
Enemies in the left-hand room in the intro building spawn in quicker
Fixed a house that was missing a window
Werebull is now slightly more responsive when charging out of the shed, size of trigger increased to compensate
Fixed Netricsa message triggering again for the locked generator door even after it is open
Fixed typo and incorrect Netricsa messages for the four control boxes needed to open the temple
Reduced number of kleers in right-hand bailey corridor from 5 to 4
Trapped one of the ammo pickups with a couple of kamikazes because screw you

Slightly reduced some enemy counts in both banquet hall encounters and in the light switch room
Slightly reduced numbers of kleers in the final section of the big corridor
Replaced the ""secret"" skillpoint with an autoshotgun; I decided I don't want the player to have this many skillpoints going into level 4
