Generally Lowered Material costs across the board.
Have too much power? Not enough ammo? You can now increase the speed 5x more! Thats 25 fasts per fast!

Small E2A now mirrors Large E2A in not-resetting ammo to make when full, even though I'm pretty sure with the inventory size bug it has, you're not filling it.

E2A now pauses production when full instead of resetting its ammo to produce.

--Complete Re-write of the mods systems causing overall-less s**tcode instances and hopefully less bugs.

If you know why the small grid has nigh infinite storage please contact me I cant figure out why.

Wait what? I actually fixed the mod?
Fixed: Ammo cost for 2 and 3 on large grids no longer calculated based on 1's cost.

Sadly no push to conveyors, because I am too dumb.
