Fixed Large Block amount Limiter.

Large block now can produce 3 different ammos, and is 3 times faster
Large block now only 10% more energy efficient (Down from 25%)

Blocks should have a proper inventory size now.
Small block ORB is no longer literally the size of the block
Can now ask to keep up to 100 rounds inside the E2A.

Behold! Icons!
The Large E2A now has a purpose! It works 10x faster and consumes 25% less power per item made! Howver, it does consume 10 as much power, so expect running costs to be more intense!

Behold! A model that looks decent! Now in Small and Large form! Made in Co-part by Chipstix213!
Also some minor fixes, I think I caught an error before it occurs, so look out for the log message.
May have done some balancing, I forgor.

Added new component because you cant edit the weight of blocks directly
Updated WIP model,now with lights and a particle that doesnt work!
