Fixed the ban phase system so that the timing of ban turns works correctly with both straight and snake drafts.

Implemented support for custom mods!

Just click the "Custom Decks" button in the top right of the screen to get started.

-Use the "Register New" button on the customs panel to add any new content. Once uploaded, it will be available permanently! You can keep your custom factions private, allowing them to only be available for yourself, or share them publicly!
-You can enter your deck and card data within the mod, or you can import the data from a google sheet. Use the "Import" button on the "New Custom" screen and follow the instructions.
-HAVE FUN!!!

Added a new custom faction called "Victorian Literature" that has been developed by the online Smash Up community.
In doing so, this has paved the way for introducing a fully functional custom deck process. It isn't completed yet, but great strides have been made. :)
