Small update.

• Added an exclusion for Ravager. (not a great mix, and no longer needed for rarity)
  
• Updated Workshop icon and class roll picture.

Initial release. Actually build the changes before uploading this time.

Forgot to apply Expanded Canister restrictions...

Made Fine Control appear later, a bit too good.

Shuffled abilities around to fill out better, added Expanded Canisters.
