Added Kuiper Shipworks as a faction.
Faction locked KUIPER ships as an experiment. Will unlock if demand is high enough.
Cadonia rework work in progress, use at your own risk.

Cadonia
Rebalanced to work as a heavy frigate in preparation for art overhaul.
BUFFS:
-Armor increased (12cm to 20cm)
-Structure increased (1750hp to 3500hp)
-Engine power increased (5MN to 7.5MN)
-Removed sensor max range debuff
-Added flank damage resistance (-50% damage probability)

NERFS:
-Point cost increased (150 to 175)
-Mass increased (5000 tonnes to 7000 tonnes)
-Weight class increased (Light to Medium)
-Max Speed decreased (27m/s to 24m/s)
-Signature Increased (2500sq/m to 4000sq/m)

MISC:
Rebalanced coilgun munitions to be deadlier as they were underperforming.

Made C1 and C2 coilguns dual purpose.

Added HE-RPF round for C2 coilgun and airburst round for the C1 coilgun.

Rebalanced 100mm Coilgun ammunition to bring it closer to railgun ammunition in terms of performance.

6.0 KUIPER - Imperial Arsenal Update
Updated to work with the Missile Update

Adds 5 weapons to KUIPER Shipworks, which may be faction locked in a future update.
Class 1 - Type 10 Coilgun Turret
Class 2 - Type 20 Coilgun
Class 3 - Type 21 Seige Coilgun
Class 4 - Type 30 Heavy Coilgun
Class 5 - Type 35 Heavy Coilgun

Aesyran weapons focus more on damage over time rather than hitting hard right off the bat except for the Type 21, a C3 mortar turret.

Helendir and Cadonia have been given +2 and +4 missile channels respectively

MISC:
Changed Cadonia's side engines to apply angular thrust and reclassified them as main engines as experiment to solve skewed waypoint following issue.

NERFS:
-Increased radar signature significantly as its combination of speed and size gave it too much of an advantage over other corvettes. Change explained in ship description.
-Increased point cost (60 to 80)

-Reordered ships so they are sorted by class/tonnage rather than alphabetically

Kyve Class Corvette
BUFFS:
-Increased main engine power (2MN to 3MN) as it could not reach top speed before even at full throttle
-Increased base crew complement (20 to 30)

NERFS:
-Slightly reduced top speed (45m/s to 40m/s)

MISC:
-Changed scaling on rear 3x3x3 slot from 0.75x size to 0.9x size to make module side more obvious at a glance while still fitting inside the hull


Cadonia Class Frigate
BUFFS:
-Slightly increased armor (10cm to 12cm)

NERFS:
-Reduced top speed (32m/s to 27m/s) due to Kyve being introduced


Nexaria Class Destroyer
-Slightly increased top speed (19m/s to 20m/s)

4.5 Balance Patch
Changed both large modules on the Altea Class to 10x8x10 and moved them further away from the center of mass to reduce the chance they get hit by incoming fire.
