Update: 4 May, 2023 @ 8:40pm

The majority of this update focuses on the CNW north branch, including correcting trackage around Deltox, laying near scenery around the UW Oshkosh campus, Rockwell, and the former Paine Lumber district. Near scenery has also been laid all the way to Hwy 41, including a Wye that may or my not have ever existed at a single point in time. The Fox River has been completely laid out to Lake Butte de Mortes.

In addition, I also corrected broken signals at the Harrison St crossing (the 3T 2sig 2gates with separate gate poles did not bring the gates up when not in use). I also added traffic to several of the busier crossings throughout Oshkosh. Some continue to only work sporadically and some not at all.

Minimum scenery has now been applied to the entire route for Phase 1.

The following is a list of tasks that should be done prior to phase 1 being considered complete:
- Extended scenery in downtown Oshkosh
- Extended scenery on Oshkosh's north side
- Extended scenery from Murdock Ave north to Sherman Rd.
- Extended scenery along the entire CNW Oshkosh north branch
- Ensure proper lighting along the route, particularly north of the NFDL yards.
- Ensure adequate winterization, especially north of the NFDL yards.
- Consider realignment of the SOO siding in Van Dyne.
- Consider naming more sidings and destinations.
- Create scenarios.
- Create route documentation.

Known Bugs:
- Northbound signal for the Soo Line crossing of the Milwaukee Road tracks does not properly adjust when switches are changed south of the diamond interchange.
- Vehicles are not stopping at railroad crossings as would be expected and instead are driving through trains.
- Some mainline trackage on the CNW North Oshkosh branch unexpectedly changes speed limits to the siding's speed limits
