Fixed some more errors in the tank_crew file, and also updated applied the unit CP changes that I mentioned in the Steam page notes.

Fixed error with tank_crew.ext. I was using my old 5.6 version of this file since I didn't notice any changes, but there was a new define for the Liberation DLC version of this file for "gunner_open" that my old file was missing. Fixed. Thanks to Thrawn and Reki for crash reports.
