-Broad adjustment to Drongo's spooks modules (more units spawned, increased rates with dedicated spawner for night time vampires, vampires shouldn't spawn in daytime now)
-Broad adjustment to spawned PMC units and hunter Operator units (Faster unit respawn, respawn range, deletion distance)

-Increased chance for special infect to spawn
