Changes and Fixes:

- Improved the Substellar Compressor, basically redid the model layout and components so that it doesn't overlap with the brown dwarf's / gas giant's orbiting planets
- Improved the appearences of the Matrioshka Brain and O-Class Matrioska Brain to be more in-line with the newer updated model recently added with Gigastructures
- Fixed all the ringworld segments that were broken by Gigastructures latest update, Elven ringworlds should properly appear again when using the shipset
- Fixed the fact that all ringworld habitat sections that were being used suddenly decided that they no longer wanted to load the planetary surface of their models

- Hotfix for the changed construction entity loaders for the Matrioshka Brain

Changes and Fixes:

- The Artificial Orbital Ecosystem model now uses the depreciated Elven Sanctuary model instead of the depreciated Elven Shipyard model which is now instead used for a bunch of the new structure re-skins added for the Elves in this update

- Removed wording related to a non-existent "idle" animation on the Asteroid Artillery and Nadavellir Hyperforge, This should hopefully fix any issues related to the infamous 80% loading crash Mac and Linux users have been getting after 3.6
