Added Elven shipset support for the following megastructures:

- Asteroid Artillery

All ruined megastructures now properly repair into their Elven appearances upon repair completion when using one of the Elven shipsets.

- Fixed the model animation on the Elven Yggdrasil Orchid Complex mesh (the phase 3 model that is animated specifically). Turns out that not attaching the animation on the mesh loader file was causing the weird visual glitches with the model animation and had nothing to do with the size of the model.
