Adds: ECM presets for F-15A/B/BE.
Adds: Basic logistics equipment to AL faction. Intended for use with SOG Master Arm.
Adds: Hidden base classes for F-15C/D APG-63(V)3 and F-16C/D B52 APG-83 with AIM-9M/X Scramble pylons. Inherit just like the regular plane but with a _Scramble_AIM9X_base or _Scramble_AIM9M_base.
Tweak: AIM-7, AIM-9 launch effects - now you can audibly tell if you're using a newer "low smoke" missile.
Tweak: Missile ranges and specs should now be more self-consistent.
Tweak: Pylon priority should be less ambiguous for certain cases on the F-15 heavy CL/Wing pylons.
Tweak: F-16 centerline fuel tank is now smaller. Still a bit too long at the front, but the ground clearance and rear is good.

Adds: Debug WIP MiG-29A. It's in the files right now, might as well make it visible. Don't be surprised when it randomly explodes. Shadow is broken.
