Meditation moved to XCOM row from squaddie. Indomitable and Templar Focus removed from squaddie.

New Perk Bishops Will (needs pet rock perk pack update). Grants Indomitable, Templar Focus, and causes kills with dragon breath abilities, mind crush, and power crush to generate focus.

Formidable to squaddie.

Zone of Control and Mind Crush to LCPL

Invert to SGT. High Voltage to Xcom row

Power Crush to SSGT. Vigiliance to Xcom row.

Implacable to TSGT. Transposition to Xcom row.

Replaced Rampart with Impact Compensation.

Replaced Protect and Serve with Hastened Resolve, It does the same thing but actually works with One For All.

Moved Hastened Resolve to CPL, Moved Transposition to TSGT

Added Meditation to Squaddie, Note: It is a bit Janky, Seems you need to spend at least 1 Focus in order to get it to be usable, then It cannot be used until the Focus generated with Meditation is spent, but if you gain focus from indomitable after Meditating you can not meditate until spending all of your focus.

Readjustments of the class tree, should be smoother focus generation options plus a bit more viability to the dragon breath build.
