Moved the Anango in the Spirelight Station up a bit to hopefully help prevent a rare issue of combat with them starting too soon.

Added a high chance for a base game elemental crafting material to spawn in the monster arena.

Under the hood changes to status effect "maximums," which should prevent weird situations with the same status effect duplicated on a single character.

Opened up the battlefield a bit in the bottom floor of the ruined Sea Vault so that the melee enemies will be a bit more threatening.

Stormlost Anango are now immune to stun, as opposed to being perpetually stunned from even the slightest hint of a stun effect.
