Added new more accurate sight.

Increased engine power even more since this plane for some reason still is struggling to pick up speed, especially with a payload. So top speed on an empty plane is now a bit too high but it struggles less to get off the ground and accelerate, especially the variants with bombs onboard.

Increased engine power a bit since the plane was sluggish to get off the ground, especially when carrying a payload. Top speed is now too high as a result but it takes quite a while flying straight to get to it so it's worth the trade-off to be able to take off and not lose all speed in the first turn IMO.

The rear wheel drifting on the ground was such an issue for me that I have made it non-retractable to be able to even take off. Making the actuator Fixed solves the issue so yeah...
