Mk 29 launchers provide on-mount stowage and launching capability for firing up to eight missiles
in a self-contained environmentally controlled trainable launcher design.

- Nulka Decoy launcher

Launches a decoy missile, any missile ( smart projectile ) within 100meters of it will lose its target and flies off in the direction of the decoy.

The launcher has 2 decoys loaded, each last 20 seconds. Can only fire once every 30 seconds and has a reload time of 60 seconds.

The launcher is limited to 2 per grid.

There might be some more tweaks coming in the near future depending on feedback.
I will be adding some reload animations so when a decoy missile launches the wont be one still stuck in the tube.
And there are a few glitches in the model i need to fix.

range 2200 > 3000m
RIM-116 missiles better damage v projectiles and intercepts

Min range on both RAM and SeaRAM is 1km and no longer focuses on closest.
Ideally combined with cwis

Graphics

- Phalanx
Slight model tweak to be in line with SeaRAM model
