- Rheinmetall high-energy laser (HEL)
Uses a fair bit of energy, doesn't need to be conveyored to operate.
2km range, can only target projectiles and people.

Tweaks

- Updated volume values of missiles to somewhat reflect their RL counterpart, should also help with launchers eating a massive stack of ammo leaving other starving for ammo.

Fixes
- S-400 Solo launcher > forgot to add inventory access to load them.
